Cathartic Canvas is pleased to be able to offer the facility for customers to select a canvas and purchase them straight from the gallery. We currently use the PayPal checkout option. If you are unsure how to use PayPal, please refer to the steps below:
Simply browse our collection of canvases in the shop and choose one that you would like to purchase. Click on the read more button at the bottom of the small icons at the beneath the main gallery window or a the bottom of the description on the right. This will open the selected canvas’s page.
Read the description on the background behind the canvas. Sometimes multiple options are available (size, colour or variation in print). Select the canvas you would like from the drop-down list in the item description and then click the “Buy Now” button. This will take you to a PayPal checkout page.
Please note, if you leave this page and return to the gallery, you can add more than one canvas to your shopping cart by repeating steps 1 and 2.
Proceed through the PayPal checkout process. PayPal accepts most major credit cards and will also accept PayPal account credit.
Once you have completed the transaction, you will receive email confirmation – and we will process your canvas for you!
You can expect your canvas within 4 working days of the order being placed via courier delivery. If you do not receive your item within this time please contact us using the contact form.
Returns and Refunds Policy
As every Cathartic canvas is printed to order, we hope that it reaches you in the condition it left our studio – all snuggly protected in bubblewrap and placed within a sturdy reusable white box. If however, you are dissatisfied and wish to return the product and have a full refund*, please follow these steps:
Contact us via our email address on the Contact (link to contact page form please) page and quote the order number you were given in the order confirmation email as reference.
Please note returns will only be accepted within 7 days of receipt of goods.
We will contact you via email with a return address for the canvas to be sent to – please ensure that it is returned in the same packaging and in the same condition that it was delivered in. We will only accept returned goods via a courier service that requires a signature and on receipt of goods will refund the cost of the canvas and postage.
Refunds can only be made to the cardholder details used for purchase.
*In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs) regarding the provision for cancellation, the right to cancel – and receive a refund – will end seven working days after the day on which the goods were delivered.
