Green zebra - although known as a variation of tomato, this actually is a reference to a fantastic vegetarian restaurant I visited a couple of times in the mid-2000s on separate trips to Chicago. What a find this was and not what you would expect in such a meat-associated state as Illinois! I was saddened to hear of its closure at the end of 2017, so wanted to add a small reference to a jewel that sparkled briefly in the crown of vegetarian cuisine!
